When you arrive, claim your luggage. Proceed to the rental counter located next to baggage claim.
General Directions
COUNTER: Located in the terminal near the baggage claim area on the first level.VEHICLES: Located in the parking garage outside the main terminal.
RETURNS: Follow the Rental Car Return signs on Airport Blvd they will lead you to the Budget Rental Car Return. Budget is located on the 1st floor of the parking garage toward the end of the garage with return signage. The Hyatt Regency Pittsburgh International Airport Hotel is right across the street.
When you arrive, go to the Budget counter in the baggage claim area. The manager or key person will have your contract ready and personally escort you to your vehicle.
Valet Return: If offered, you will be told about our service as you are escorted to your car.
After-hours Returns
Park & lock the vehicle in the Budget Return location in the parking garage. Place keys & completed contract in the drop box located in the parking garage.
